Cricket at Freie Universität
The Freie Universität offers a cricket course as part of its Uni-Sport programme. The course provides a fun and inclusive environment in which to learn and play the game. It is mixed gender and open to all skill levels, including complete beginners.
In the winter, the course takes place indoors with a soft ball. In the summer, we move outside on an artificial surface and make the step up to hard ball cricket.
Complete beginners will learn the basics of the game - batting, bowling, and fielding. More experienced players can take advantage of our pop-up practice net and bowling machine to hone their skills.
The course takes place on Saturdays, from 11am onwards, at the FU Geo-Campus in Lankwitz (Malteserstr. 74-100, 12249 Berlin).
